Absolutely the most beautiful hotel with amazing design and decor, incredible bed, so luxurious and comfortable you felt like a sultan stepping into the room and being in it. The bathroom was stunningly beautiful too. Amazing bathtub and sink. The hammam, spa and massage was wonderful, and the restaurant, Riad and rooftop (with sea view) fantastic. Lovely airflow through the rooms, luxurious long curtains flowing with the breeze over our bed, Mumtaz Mahal is a place you want to spend a lifetime in. And the staff are so LOVELY! Especial thanks to Nouhaila at reception for her warm, helpful, gorgeous personality and service, and her lovely colleague on the other day at reception too. The place was spotless so huge thanks to the cleaning staff as well for making our stay so wonderful.

Truly amazing room. Don't touch the coffee. Breakfast was unfortunately poor. No where to smoke as either there is either someone having a massage adjacent to the lobby or there are staff sleeping there so you can't just sit and never conversation or a cigarette. The roof was suggested that after going all the way up there found that there's no seating and no lighting so it was pitch black. For overall the room was stunning and even better than I expected from the pictures so I wasn't disappointed at all it just would have been nice to use areas outside of the room.

This Riad and the rooms are just absolutely stunning, feels like staying in a palace. Our room was nice and specious and we just loved staying there! The location is great too, quiet but close to everything. We would like to especially thank Nouhaila who worked at the front desk and was always helpful and very kind and made our stay all the more special! Nouhaila‘s hospitality, professionalism and kindness is what you expect from any staff member as it makes your stay all the more comfortable. We would recommend anyone to stay here.

This riad is a real treasure! A mini palace will beautiful architectural features, tiles, carvings, and stone / wood. It was cool and soundproofed. The lavish style is a lovely contrast to the hustle and bustle of the medina, which is a bit dusty and grubby but fascinating. So, coming back to this riad felt like a sanctuary. The location is great, near the bus stop, at the beginning of the medina and near great restaurants and nightlife! The staff are really helpful and warm hearted this is what makes the stay extra special.

The hotel is much nicer than expected for Morocco. The rooms are huge! Bathroom has a double door, bidet, bath tub and shower etc. The area is wonderful. As two female travelers we felt very safe in this hotel and location. The area is less crowded near the opening of the Medina. I regret only spending one night here. We should have skipped Agadir and stayed in essouira 2-3 nights. The spa on site is great. Breakfast on the terrace is nice.
